Are you licensed and insured in Georgia?
Yes. Full Circle Signature Solutions LLC is commissioned under the laws of the State of Georgia and operates in full compliance with regulations issued by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority and the Georgia Secretary of State.

What identification is required?
Georgia law requires personal appearance and valid identification. Acceptable ID must be:
- Government-issued
- Current or properly issued
- Contain a photograph and signature
Examples include:

- State Identification Card
- U.S. Passport
We cannot proceed without proper identification.
What is an apostille and how does the process work?
An apostille certifies the authenticity of a document for international use under the Hague Apostille Convention.
Full Circle Signature Solutions LLC assists clients by preparing and submitting documents to the Georgia Secretary of State for apostille certification.
Processing times vary based on state turnaround and document type. Expedited services may be available.
Can you refuse to notarize a document?
Yes.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- Proper identification is not provided
- The signer does not appear willing and competent
- The document is incomplete
- The request violates Georgia notarial law
- Fraud or coercion is suspected
Compliance and integrity are non-negotiable.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If a compliant refund is approved:
- A 15% administrative deduction applies
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Travel fees incurred once the notary is enroute are non-refundable.
