We provide mobile service throughout Covington and surrounding Georgia counties.

Georgia law requires personal appearance and valid identification. Acceptable ID must be:

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

    • Proper identification is not provided
    • The signer does not appear willing and competent
    • The document is incomplete
    • The request violates Georgia notarial law
    • Fraud or coercion is suspected

Compliance and integrity are non-negotiable.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If a compliant refund is approved:

    • 15% administrative deduction applies
    • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

Travel fees incurred once the notary is enroute are non-refundable.
