Georgia Notary Public Disclosure

Full Circle Signature Solutions, LLC is commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of Georgia pursuant to the laws of the State of Georgia.

We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Georgia and are not authorized to provide legal advice or legal representation.

We may not:

• Explain or interpret the contents of legal documents
• Advise you on which type of notarization you need
• Recommend which documents you should use
• Draft legal documents (unless specifically authorized under Georgia law)
• Provide immigration consulting or legal services

Identification Requirements (Georgia Law)

Under Georgia law, all signers must present satisfactory identification at the time of notarization. Acceptable identification includes:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Georgia driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID)
• Other identification acceptable under Georgia notarial law

We reserve the right to refuse notarization if:

• Proper identification is not provided
• The signer does not appear competent or aware
• The signer appears under duress or coercion
• The document is incomplete or contains blank spaces
• The notarial act requested is unlawful

Notarization Does Not Validate Documents

A notarization verifies identity and willingness to sign. It does not:

• Make a document legally binding
• Certify the truthfulness of the document’s contents
• Guarantee acceptance by courts, government agencies, or financial institutions

Acceptance of notarized documents is at the discretion of the receiving entity.

Fees (Georgia)

Notary fees are charged in accordance with Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 45-17-11). Travel fees and convenience fees, when applicable, are separate from statutory notarial fees and are disclosed prior to service.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate and professional service- Full Circle Signature Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of documents by third parties
• Client errors or incomplete documentation
• Delays outside our control
• Legal consequences related to the content of documents
